Single Pot Still whiskey is traditionally known as Pure Pot Still whiskey, it is distilled from malted and unmalted barley in traditional copper pot stills is unique to Ireland and these are part of only a handful of brands currently produced.

Green Spot    €6.90
Green spot is made in Middleton Co. Cork in small batches, It’s aged in sherry casks, it presents aromas of spice & oak. It is juicy and fresh with some syrup fruit flavours of tropical fruit salad, pineapple then some honey and ginger on the finish. One of the  lighter whiskeys in the Midelton pot still range.

Yellow Spot    €9.90
Aged in a unique combination of Bourbon casks, Sherry casks and Malaga casks, this pot still whiskey reveals fresh and sweet to notes with a red grape and dry barley finish.

Red Breast 12 year old     €8.50
The definitive expression of traditional Single Pot Still whiskey. Aromas of toffee, dried fruits and créme caramel along with flavours of roasted nuts and exotic spices.

Red Breast 15 year old    €15.50
The 15 year old expression of Redbreast was initially a one-off release that was eventually made a permanent part of the range due to its huge popularity. This is one of the richest & heaviest Irish pot still whiskeys. Again, complex with rich dried fruits, roasted nuts and exotic spices.

Red Breast 21 year old    €25.50
This is drawn from similar casks as the 12 & 15 year old bottlings but also some refill casks. This 21 year old is one of our favourite Irish whiskeys of all time. It is packed with rich, spiced fruit flavours along with some surprisingly fresh barley and tropical fruit flavours.

Redbreast Lustau    €10.90
A unique collaboration between the prestigious Bodegas Lustaz in Jerez, Spain and the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Initially matured in traditional bourbon & sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years. It is then finished for one extra year in first fill sherry butts which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from Lustau in Kerez, Spain.

Powers Three Swallows    €6.50
A revival of the old style of Powers once made at the old distillery off Thomas St in Dublin. This is a no-age statement release which has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Oloroso Sherry casks.

Powers John Lane    €9.50
It is comprised mostly of a robust, heavy pot still spirit and is predominantly aged in ex-bourbon casks with a little sherry cask ageing.

Midleton Very Rare    €19.50
Matured in American Oak barrels, this whiskey is only available in strictly limited quantities as just a small number of casks are personally selected by the Master Distiller each year.

Not as smooth as Bushmills Original packing more flavours, matured in ex sherry casks giving the signature dark colour. Delicious rich flavours of dried fruits, roasted nuts and caramel toffees.

Bushmills 10 year old    €6.70
Overall quiet light & delicate, This is more about good bourbon casks maturation it has creamy, light tones and some crispy barley, warm vanilla, and gentle pepper & spice flavours.

Bushmills 21 year old
An exquisite Irish whiskey, matured in both bourbon & sherry casks married into madeira wine casks for two years. The Bushmills malt is very delicate and elegant and this strikes a nice balance of fruit, spice, and sweetness. A top notch whiskey that is dangerously easy to drink.
